Ingredients:

Seafood/Meat:

  • 1 can of Uncle Luk Abalone
  • 2 slices of ham

Noodles:

  • 1-2 servings of noodles or instant noodles
  • 2 slices of ham

Vegetables:

  • 200 grams of cabbage or napa cabbage
  • 15 grams minced garlic

Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water

Method:

  1. Bring water to a boil, cook the noodles for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside after rinsing with cold water.
  2. Wash and cut the cabbage, then let it drain. Heat the entire Uncle Luk abalone can in boiling water for over 30 minutes to allow the abalone to absorb more flavor.
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients: oyster sauce (1 tbsp), soy sauce (1 tbsp), dark soy sauce (½ tbsp), sugar (½ tbsp), salt (½ tbsp), water (2 tbsp), white pepper (0.5 tbsp), and cornstarch (2 tbsp). Stir well.
  4. Slice the ham into strips.
  5. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then add the ham strips and stir-fry.
  6. Add the noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add the Uncle Luk abalone.
  7. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry for another 3 minutes, then turn off the heat and serve.
