Online Order

Deliveries via courier service require 2 to 7 working days and vary according to the recipient’s address.

No. You need to register a user/member account before you proceed further to shop online.

No. Orders are processed at the point of our receiving them, hence, items would be charged at the price as at the moment of sale, regardless of the delivery date.

No. We do not accept phone orders.

No. Changes cannot be made to a confirmed order. Please ensure all the items , billing details, address and other order details are correct before you checkout and payment.

Payments

We accept online Credit Card and Debit Card payments via VISA and MASTER cards and Online Banking. However, you’re most welcome to visit our nearest branch.

No, you may log in to My Account and search under the records of your orders under Orders to view and print out a copy of your invoice.

No. We would not be able to issue a separate invoice as your order has been paid directly with you Debit/Credit Card.
